Visual timetable for SEND families
Know what's happening now.
Know what comes next.
TrackSEND turns your family's week into a calm, visual timetable your child can follow at a glance β with clear transitions, routines and location awareness for the adults around them.
Available by invitation. Works on a tablet, laptop or phone you already have.
Hi Sam
16:00
Tuesday 10 March
Later today
- 17:45Tea
- 19:00Pack bag for tomorrow
- 19:30Bedtime
How it works
Set it up once. Let the day explain itself.
Step 1: Build the week
Add activities, routines and reminders once. They repeat each week, and one-off changes stay one-off.
Step 2: Put it on a screen at home
Open a private link on a tablet or spare laptop. It shows what is happening now and what comes next, all day.
Step 3: Share access for a shift
Send a carer or relative a link that works only for the time you choose, then ends on its own.
Step 4: Follow the day
Now and Next move on by themselves. Location, if you use it, is compared with where the timetable expects everyone to be.
Features
Everything the day needs, and nothing it doesn't.
TrackSEND keeps to one job: helping a child understand their day, and helping the adults around them keep it on track.
Visual timetable
A real week view with pictures, times and a clear marker for today and right now.
Now & Next
Two large cards: what is happening now with the time left, and what is coming up.
Transitions
Get ready, leave and start times, who is taking and collecting, and what to bring.
Routines
Morning and bedtime steps sit in the same timeline as everything else β not a separate chores app.
Change requests
Your child can ask for a change in their own words. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Temporary carer access
A private link for a shift that shows what the carer needs and stops working when it ends.
Family location
Location from family phones you set up, shown on a map for the parents.
Expected location
Each activity can have a place, so TrackSEND knows where the timetable expects you to be.
Explainable status
Every status comes with its reasons in plain English, so you can judge it for yourself.
For families
Made to stay visible.
Leave TrackSEND open on a screen in the kitchen or hallway. It keeps itself up to date through the day, so your child can check what is happening without having to ask.
- No specialist display needed. A tablet, an old laptop or any screen with a web browser will do.
- Four display styles β Calm, Visual, High contrast and Evening β chosen for each child.
- Large text and big buttons, and no parent controls on the child's screen.
- Keeps going if the internet drops. It shows the last timetable and says when it was updated.
Location
Where the schedule meets the real world.
Activities can have a place. When a family phone shares its location, TrackSEND compares it with where the timetable expects you to be β and explains what it sees.
Where expected
Sam: At the expected place Β· Swimming
- At Leisure centre (within 200 m)
- Swimming started 20 min ago
- Location updated 1 min ago (Β±12 m)
Outside the expected place
Sam: Not at the expected place Β· Swimming
- Swimming started 20 min ago
- Currently 1.4 miles from Leisure centre
- Location updated 2 min ago (Β±15 m)
Location not recent
Sam: Location unknown Β· Swimming
- Last location update was 40 min ago
- Swimming started 20 min ago
- Last known position was 1.4 miles from Leisure centre
- This is uncertainty, not a sign that anything is wrong
No signal is not βmissingβ.
Phones go quiet in buildings, tunnels and flat batteries. When a location is out of date TrackSEND says so β it never shows old location as live, and it never raises the alarm just because a phone stopped reporting.
Only phones you set up
Location comes only from phones the family has connected. Each phone can stop sharing at any time, and parents can switch a phone off from TrackSEND.
An aid, not an alarm
TrackSEND helps you notice when the day is not going to plan. It is not an emergency service and does not replace supervision.
Carers
Access that ends when the shift does.
Give a carer, relative or support worker a private link for their shift. No account and no app to install β they open the link, and it shows what they need for that time.
- You choose when the link starts and ends. Outside that time it simply does not work.
- You choose what it shows β for example the timetable without current location.
- End it early at any time, from your phone.
- Opening a link is recorded in your activity log.
Child requests
Your child can ask. You decide.
From the home screen your child can type β or say β what they would like to change. TrackSEND suggests what that would mean for the timetable.
- Approve the suggested change, change it first, or decline with a kind note.
- The timetable stays exactly as it is until you approve.
- Your child sees the answer on their screen.
Trust and privacy
Private by design, for a very personal kind of information.
A child's routine and whereabouts deserve care. These are the choices TrackSEND makes today.
Invitation only
There is no public sign-up. Every family is set up personally, and requests to join are read by a person.
Links that expire
Carer and home-screen links can be time-limited and switched off at any moment. Links cannot be guessed.
Location kept briefly
Raw location history is deleted automatically after 30 days. Carers see current location only β never history.
An activity log
Important actions, such as sharing access or changing the timetable, are recorded where you can review them.
Stored in the UK
Your timetable and location data are stored in a London data centre.
No adverts, no tracking
No advertising, no analytics cookies, and your data is never sold.
