TrackSEND

Privacy

Last updated October 2026

This is a placeholder. TrackSEND is in private use with invited families, and a full privacy notice will be published before it is offered more widely. It summarises what TrackSEND does today.

If you request access

The request form asks for your name, email address, who would use TrackSEND and an optional message. We use them only to reply to you about access. Sending a request does not create an account.

If your family uses TrackSEND

  • The timetable you enter, the people and places you add to it, and requests your child sends.
  • Location from phones the family has connected, if you choose to use location. Raw location history is deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • An activity log of important actions, such as sharing access or changing the timetable.

This information is stored in a London data centre. Maps are drawn with Mapbox, so a map view requests map images for the area being shown. There is no advertising and there are no analytics cookies. The only cookies TrackSEND sets keep you signed in or keep a shared link open.

Questions

While this page is a placeholder, you can ask a question using the request form (choose “I'm exploring it for someone else” and write your question in the message).
