What TrackSEND is

TrackSEND is a tool to help a family plan and follow the day: a visual timetable, routines, temporary carer access and, if you choose, location awareness.

What TrackSEND is not

  • It is not an emergency, safeguarding or medical service.
  • It does not replace supervision or the judgement of the adults caring for a child.
  • Location depends on phones, signal and batteries, and can be out of date or unavailable.

Access

Access is by invitation. Requesting access does not create an account or guarantee access. Please keep sign-in details and shared links private, and end a carer's access when it is no longer needed.
